The Atmos app aims to address the increasing challenges posed by unpredictable climate extremes in New York City. By providing real-time weather updates, alert notifications, tailored advice, and community awareness, the app empowers residents to stay informed and prepared for unexpected weather events. The developing process follows a comprehensive user experience process, encompassing research, design, and testing phases, to ensure the app meets the diverse needs of its users. Through iterative refinement and user feedback, the Atmos app strives to deliver an intuitive experience, fostering resilience and preparedness among users in the face of climate variability.
